Refund Policy

Domestic Refund Policy:

We issue refunds for the purchases within 24 hours of the original purchase of the packages.

A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

No Refund will be given to the customer for the purchase of any package made by the customer directly from the Selfup Community website “www.Selfupcommunity.com” or through the affiliate link of the person who referred him to the Selfup Community website after 24 hours of the purchase under any circumstances.

For the refund, you need to mail at refunds@selfupcommunity.com In the following format with registered e-mail ID only.

International Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

 We issue refunds for international purchases within 24 hours of the original purchase of the packages. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

 

The request for a refund is made within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

The course or service purchased has not been fully utilized.

The refund request is made in accordance with the terms outlined below.


2. Refund Process

 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@selfupcommunity.com within the specified timeframe.

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment, less a payment gateway fee of 3% and processing fee of 7% of the paid amount.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of approval.

In case of international payments, refunds will be issued in the same currency, please note that due to currency fluctuations, the refunded amount may vary from the original paid amount in the customer’s local currency.


3. Refund Conditions

 No refund will be given for purchases made directly from the Selfup Community website “www.Selfupcommunity.com” or through an affiliate link after 24 hours of the purchase, under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be granted for services or courses that have been fully utilized.

Refunds will not be granted if the customer has violated any terms or conditions of service.

The customer must provide the following details for the refund request to be considered:

Registered email ID

Registration date

Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date and time (received via email/message at the time of payment)

Reason for refund


4. Exceptional Circumstances

 We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances beyond the customer’s control on a case-by-case basis.
