By accessing or using the Site or availing any Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), whether or not you are a registered user of the Site.

- “Listing” means the listing of Courses or mentorship programs made available on the Site by Selfup or verified Members.
- “Member” means a person who has completed the account registration process on Selfup, including Mentors, Affiliates, and Learners.
- “Member Content” means all content submitted, uploaded, published, or posted by Members via the Site, including but not limited to profile details, course listings, testimonials, and promotional content.
- “Payment Method” means a payment method added to your Selfup account, such as UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet services.
- “Learner” means a registered Member who enrolls in a Course. In case of a minor, it includes the parent or guardian enrolling the child.
- “Tax” or “Taxes” means all applicable indirect taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), or other levies that Selfup may be legally required to collect and remit.
- “Mentor” means a member who is authorized and listed by Selfup to provide mentorship, instruction, or consulting services via the Site.
- “Affiliate” means a member who participates in Selfup’s referral or affiliate earning program, subject to separate program terms.
- “Selfup Content” means all content developed or distributed by Selfup via its Site, marketing campaigns, events, or social media channels, excluding Member Content.
2. Terms of Service
- At Selfup Community Private Limited ("Selfup", "we", "us", or "our"), we believe that every user of our Site and Services must be in a position to give informed consent before providing any personal or sensitive information. By registering with us, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, storing, disclosing, and handling of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, now and as amended from time to time.

- Use of the Site and Services is not permitted for individuals whose access has been previously suspended or terminated by Selfup Community Private Limited for any reason. By using or accessing the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that your use is being supervised by a legally authorized adult guardian.
5. Usage of the Site and Services
- The Selfup platform enables users to browse, access, and enroll in online personal development and business coaching programs listed on the Site. While browsing the listings is possible without registering, enrollment into any course requires account registration on the platform.
- Selfup acts as a platform provider for educational and coaching content. Unless explicitly stated, Selfup’s role is limited to providing the technical and operational infrastructure for hosting and listing courses.
6. Account Registration
- To access core features, enroll in courses, or engage with mentors, users must create an account (“Selfup Account”) through the Site. Mentors and Affiliates are also registered with a Selfup Account upon verification and onboarding.
- Selfup may provide the option to register using third-party social platforms such as Google or Facebook. If you choose to register using such platforms, you authorize Selfup to access certain information from your third-party profile, subject to your privacy settings. This may include basic information such as your name, email address, and profile picture. Any such data accessed shall be considered “Member Content” under these Terms.
- You may disconnect your third-party accounts from Selfup at any time via the account settings. Your relationship with any social platform is governed solely by your agreement with them. Selfup is not liable for any content, accuracy, or terms set by such third-party platforms.
- Each user is permitted to have only one active account on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update such details as necessary. Selfup reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it is discovered that you have created multiple accounts, or provided false or misleading information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to share your password or allow others to access your account. You must notify Selfup immediately in case of any unauthorized use.
7. Course Listings
- Selfup will publish listings of its various online programs, workshops, and mentorships through its Site. These listings may include course topics, modules, format (live or pre-recorded), number of sessions, time schedules, pricing, and other applicable details.
- Listings will be publicly visible, and students may filter and explore them based on personal interest or relevance. Selfup may adjust the order or visibility of listings based on platform algorithms, student preferences, feedback, and other factors.
- Once a student chooses to enroll in a course at the listed price, the student cannot be asked to pay a higher amount than what is shown at the time of selection.
- Selfup does not guarantee that any student or user complies with applicable third-party regulations or personal agreements. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or suspend access to any user or listing if it violates our Terms, branding policy, or if deemed harmful to the platform.
8. Mentor Relationship
- If you are registered as a Mentor on the Selfup platform, you acknowledge that your relationship with Selfup is limited to that of an independent third-party service provider. You are not an employee, partner, or agent of Selfup, and must not represent otherwise. Selfup does not control your offline conduct, but your online representation and conduct on the platform must align with these Terms and community guidelines.
- As a Mentor, you are not permitted to misrepresent any affiliation with Selfup, use the Selfup brand without permission, or create any false impression of official endorsement.
- When enrolling in any course, users may be required to complete their profiles, including adding a profile photo and verifying their contact details (e.g., phone number). Failure to meet these basic requirements may result in restriction or denial of access to certain courses or features.
9. No Endorsement
By using the Site, Application, or Services of Selfup Community Private Limited ("Selfup"), you agree that any legal remedy or liability that you seek to obtain for actions or omissions of other Members or third parties will be limited to claims against those specific parties. You agree not to hold Selfup liable or pursue legal remedy against it for such actions or omissions.
10. Payment Terms
- When an enrollment is requested for any program via the Site, Application, or Services, we will confirm, approve, or reject the request within seven (7) days of the enrollment request date ("Enrollment Request Period"). If Selfup does not respond within this period, the request will automatically expire and any amount collected will be refunded.
- Upon confirmation of enrollment, the enrolled individual ("Participant") will receive a confirmation via email, text, or app notification.
- The course or program fee ("Program Fee") payable will be displayed prior to sending the enrollment request. We may initiate a pre-authorization or charge a nominal fee to your Payment Method. If the enrollment is cancelled before the sessions begin, amounts collected will be refunded accordingly.
- Program Fees are collected at the time of enrollment request. No refund shall be issued for sessions already conducted. If a cancellation policy is specified in the course listing, refunds will be made accordingly. Where no cancellation policy exists, a pro-rata refund may be processed for unused sessions.
- Invoices raised will comply with applicable Indian tax laws and include relevant taxes. As a Participant, you agree to pay the Program Fee and understand that Selfup will generate a system-based invoice for every transaction.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
- If a Participant wishes to cancel enrollment after confirmation, the applicable cancellation policy of the respective program will govern refunds. No refund will be issued for sessions already attended. The refund amount may also vary based on payment method (e.g., No Cost EMI).
- If Selfup cancels a confirmed enrollment, the Participant will be refunded the Program Fee as per our payment terms, not exceeding the original amount paid.
12. Taxes
You acknowledge that government authorities may require the collection of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) on Program Fees. Selfup may collect and remit such taxes as required under law.
13. User Conduct
- You are solely responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and tax obligations while using Selfup's Site, Application, Services, and Content. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any law, rule, or court order.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract content or manipulate the platform.
- Misusing any Selfup Content not publicly displayed.
- Impersonating Selfup, falsely implying endorsement, or misrepresenting affiliations.
- Misusing or infringing Selfup's brand, logo, trademarks, or content.
- Posting or distributing offensive, illegal, infringing, or harmful material.
- Disrupting or attempting unauthorized access to the Site, Services, or systems.
- Collecting user information or soliciting users for external commercial purposes.
- Circumventing Selfup’s platform for direct enrollment or fee avoidance.
- Violating these terms may result in account suspension or legal action. Selfup reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent.
- Selfup may access or disclose your information:
- As required by law.
- To enforce our terms.
- To ensure user safety and prevent fraud.
- Selfup has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor your use of the platform and may remove content or restrict access without prior notice if deemed harmful or in violation of these Terms.
14. Reporting Misconduct
If you believe someone associated with Selfup Community Private Limited ("Selfup") is engaging in inappropriate, offensive, violent, or otherwise concerning behavior, we encourage you to first report the matter to the appropriate authorities. After doing so, you may notify Selfup by contacting our support team and providing relevant details, including any police report or documentation. However, such a report to Selfup does not obligate us to act beyond what is required by applicable law.
15. Privacy

By using our Site, Application, or Services, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with that policy. Selfup may disclose your information to comply with legal requirements or as permitted by our Privacy Policy. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available through the Site, Application, and Services are the property of Selfup or its licensors and are protected by Indian intellectual property laws. 18. License to Use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Selfup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Application on your personal devices solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
19. Content Usage Rights
Selfup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view Selfup content and member-contributed content for personal and non-commercial use. No rights are granted for resale, duplication, or distribution unless explicitly authorized.
20. Member Content
You may submit content such as profiles, posts, or feedback on the Site or Application (“Member Content”). By submitting Member Content, you grant Selfup an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with our services and marketing campaigns. You represent that you own or have permission to share the content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others.
21. Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to external websites or services. Selfup is not responsible for the availability, content, or services provided by third-party websites and does not endorse or guarantee them. You are solely responsible for your interaction with any third-party services.
22. Feedback
We welcome your suggestions to improve our services. Any feedback submitted to Selfup will become our exclusive property, and we may use it without limitation or obligation to compensate you. You agree to assign all rights to such feedback to Selfup.
23. Copyright Policy
Selfup respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to repeatedly infringe upon copyrights.
24. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect while you access or use our Site, Application, or Services, until terminated by either party.

- Termination by User: You may terminate your Selfup account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, any confirmed enrollments will be canceled and refunds will follow applicable cancellation policies.
- Termination by Selfup: Selfup may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms or related policies.
- Provide false or incomplete information.
- Breach applicable laws or infringe rights.
- Engage in behavior that threatens platform integrity or user safety.
- In such cases, we may:
- Notify affected users.
- Cancel enrollments.
- Refund Participants where appropriate.
- Restrict future platform access.
- You will not be entitled to compensation for canceled enrollments or restricted access.
25. Survival
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to payment obligations, content licenses, user conduct terms, and intellectual property rights.
26. Disclaimers
- By using the Site, Application, Services, or Content of Selfup Community Private Limited (“Selfup”), you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Selfup does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, or background of any Member, even if optional checks are carried out. The Site, Application, and Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or that the Services will meet your expectations.
- Selfup is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or suitability of content, Courses, or interactions, and makes no representations about the reliability or conduct of users. You are solely responsible for your communications and interactions with others through the platform. Exercise reasonable precautions, especially if you choose to meet others offline.
27. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfup shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruptions, arising from the use of our Site, Application, Services, or any interactions facilitated through them. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, even if Selfup has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our aggregate liability, in any event, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services or Courses through the platform in the preceding three (3) months before the claim arose.
28. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selfup, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of: (a) your use of the Site, Application, or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any interactions or enrollments made through the platform, including any consequences thereof.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Selfup regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in West Bengal under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, before a mutually appointed sole arbitrator. The venue and seat of arbitration shall be West Bengal. For injunctive relief, jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts in West Bengal.
31. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Selfup. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it shall be modified to the extent necessary, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.
- Miscellaneous
- Selfup shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control. These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you without written consent. Selfup may freely assign these Terms.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services without liability. You may not duplicate or exploit our content or intellectual property for commercial gain.
- If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or deny access to our Services without notice.
