"একজন introvert মানুষের জন্য public এ এসে কথা বলা kind of impossible ব্যাপার atleast for me।। প্রচণ্ড রকম Anxiety, fear কাজ করে বাট বাট সেই গুল ও যে এত ভালো ভাবে ওভারকাম করা যায় এই কোর্স টা দেখলে জানতাম না।। কোনো কোর্স তখনই ভালো ভাবে শেখা যায় যখন সেখানে basic to advance level অব্দি গাইড করা হয়.... আর এখন সেই সুযোগ তাই দেওয়া হয়েছে।। অনেক রকম tips ও দেওয়া আছে কি ভাবে তুমি তোমার confidence build করতে পারবে।। এখন আমি confidence এর সঙ্গে কথা বলতে পারি,,,অতটাই fear কাজ করেনা এখন।। আমার জন্য খুবই হেল্পফুল হয়েছে সব গুলো কোর্স।। Thankyou selfup community"
